Mid 3rd Clavicle# LCPOS
Rt Clavicle middle 3rd comminuted fracture fixed with anatomical Locking Plate in 25 yrs old Male.

M/3rd Clavicle# MIS TENOS
Minimally invasive way of fixing middle 3rd Clavicle fracture using Titanium elastic Nail.

L/3rd Clavicle# LCPOS
Lateral 3rd Clavicle# fixed with LCPOS in 53 yrs old Male.

L/3rd Clavicle# CCLSR
Tiny fragments of Lateral end of Clavicle fracture are stabilised anatomically with Coraco-Clavicular Suspensory reconstruction.

Scapula# LCPOS
Badly shattered Scapular Fracture with buttonholing through muscles repaired with LCPlate fixation, to restore ScapuloThoracic Congruence and early mobilisation so as to have good shoulder function at earliest.
BL Prox. Humerus# LCPOS
A severely disabling fractures of both Shoulder Proximal humerus in 36 yrs old female were treated with LCPlate fixation, which ensured good functional restoration of her both arms functions.

Prox. Humerus# J-nailing
A minimally invasive way of stabilising Proximal Humerus fractures of Shoulder with custom J-bent nails. A cost-effective way for resource-restrained patients which offers good stability at fracture site to mobilise joints early(Comparable to Plate fixations).

P-M3rd Humerus# LCPOS
An Extensile Delto-Pectoral approach utilised to fix Proximal-middle 3rd fracture of Humerus with long LCPOS. Fracture healed well and normal restoration of Shoulder-Arm functions was achieved in this 50 yrs old male.

M/3rd Humerus# LCPOS
Humeral diaphyseal fracture's plate fixation by utilising Muscle sparing approach helps minimise Postoperative pain, preserves the muscle strength & allows overall speedier recovery.

Humerus Shaft# IMILNOS
A least invasive way of fixing humeral shaft fractures is with Interlocking Nails, in suitable cases or in some special situations; like in this traumatic forearm amputee case with adjacent close Humerus#. IMILNos was done via distant entry into the bone so as to minimise chance of infection due to proximity of open traumatic wounds.

M/L3rd humerus# EA LCPOS
A shorter segments in lower shaft fractures of humerus demands it to be fixed with special Extraarticular LCP so as to achieve good anchorage & stability for quicker rehabilitation.

L/3rd humerus# NonUnion
A inadequately fixed L/3rd fracture of humerus (Elsewhere) demanded it to be revised with Stable fixation with LCP & Bone grafting. It let this young boy regain full functionality of his dominant arm.
